To my knowledge, the least expensive gas in the city

On the corner of Pico and Overland.

If you know of a cheaper place, please feel free to share. Mama needs a new pair of espadrilles. Looks like there will be more walking in my future.

I'm paying $3.45 a gallon but you need to realize that we had 6 inches of snow last week, but I'm sure that if you were still living in New York the price of gas would amount to nothing.

I've found the Mobil on the corner of Olympic and Robertson is usually pretty cheap. If you don't mind no-name gas, United Oil (corner of Pico and La Brea) is always the cheapest, it was $3.77 when I drove past it this morning on my way to work.

We're running at about $3.29, but you'd need a long hose to get it from here to there.

FWIW, heating oil is about $4.10. We just received delivery of next winter's firewood.

Saw on the news tonight that the price of oil is in a bubble, driven by speculation, and sure to burst at some point. Hopefully sooner rather than later.

Heh, I used to live right near that station. Good old Palms...
